At the first day of the camp we dropped two personas, the time spender and the knower. They share a lot of values with the other personas. So the other three personas were more interested to find solutions for. The rest of the day we were busy with creating detailed personas and a lot of brainstorming.
The first great solution was created today, The Secret Santa!
The second day of the camp we tried to focus on the other solutions we can find in order to fullfil customer´s needs we emphasised. If we think about Wiklund, we should think about caring, involving, authentic, warm, clear and sharing. We made two groups, the emotional and the rational. In other words the modern hippie and the future people. By the emotional group it is all about sharing is caring and by the rational group the big word is involving. We made some solutions for the sharing is caring and the involving part. We have the secret santa, the hug concept, top-10 and instagram.
